Essential Coil and Stimulation Services - South

Essential Coil and Stimulation Services South (“ECSS South”), formerly Essential Coil Tubing, was formed in 2007 with the combination of three existing coil tubing entities that have been in service for up to 35 years.  ECSS South provides nitrogen services, production and frac cleanouts, bridge plug retrievals, drillouts, abandonments, production logging and pipeline cleanouts. ECSS South is able to discuss contingencies with customers to ensure optimal performance and advanced troubleshooting of wells.

The coil tubing rigs have depth capabilities of up to 4,000 meters depending on coil diameter.  ECSS South has seven sets of blowout preventers to 5,000 lbs, including three remote accumulators.  ECSS South also has Class 3 capabilities.  

ECSS South is based in Medicine Hat, AB and services southern Alberta and southeastern Saskatchewan.  ECSS South has been working in Saskatchewan since 2007, providing service to 25 companies and has an office and shop in Weyburn, SK providing efficient service to the Bakken.
